V helpful, pragmatic, straight to the point with useful medical and care based advice to deal with my problem. Also helped me with practical strategies for follow-up support that bypassed the need for me to have to negotiate a sensible appointment time with GHG surgery. V satisfied. Improvements: None for Dr TB. For GHG: enable same day booking of appointments rather than 2hour time slots. I would have tackled my problem 4 weeks ago if this had been possible.

Having been misdiagnosed earlier that day, I was relieved to see a Dr who took the time to thoroughly check Sam over and provide the correct prognosis and course of treatment to help him to recover. I know it can be somewhat challenging for doctors when the patient is an infant, and my 1 year old son (Sam) is no different when he is sick, but Dr Kathryn Taylor-Barnes was very sensitive to the situation and did everything she could to settle him during the consultation. She had a very calm and pleasant manner towards both Sam and myself, and even took to the time to answer questions from my very inquisitive daughter too. Nothing seemed too much trouble, which was a pleasant experience compared to the morning appointment that we had endured.

Found Kathryn to be very pleasant and she listened carefully to my concerns. I mentioned I also had a problem hearing in my left ear and she inspected it and took action by telling me what to do and arrange treatment. Overall I was happy with the care she showed.
